• The admission is reserved for professional dancers, maîtres de ballet, choreographers and dancing teachers as well as dancing students having submitted the duly filled-in and signed registration form. Please attach a recent photo (passport-size photograph) to the application form.

• Applications can only be made for courses annouced in the programme. On application a provisory written admission will be given by the Directors of the Academy.

• The seminar fees are indicated on the enclosed application form. They are due immediately after receipt of the provisional admission.

• After confirmation, the preliminary right to participate is only given after receipt of the fees.

• When withdrawing the application, fees cannot be refunded.

• The final admission to the courses will be decided on by the teachers in consultation with the Directors of the Academy.

• The directors and each teacher reserve the right to make a selection at the beginning and during each course in order to maintain the required level of the course concerned. Therefore, when applying to the Academy, the different course levels should be observed (I, II, III, IV).

• The issuing of students' permission cards and schedules of classes and events will be made by the secretariat on 9th July 2000 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 20th July 2000 from 9.00 a.m. The courses will start on Monday, 10th July 2000.

• Every participant is asked to enrol personally on the fixed dates. Those who will arrive later can do so upon arrival.

• Upon your arrival, please present your money-order confirming payment of the course fees.

• The participation in all courses and events will be at your own risk. The organizer does not assume any liability.

• Taking pictures, filming as well as recording on tape during the courses and other performances are prohibited.

• The entire program may be subject to change.
